2ND ANNUAL LADIES’ LUNCH AT FORTNUM & MASON

13 October 2015

The Gynaecological Cancer Fund held their annual lunch hosted by Ewan Venters and Fortnum and Mason on Wednesday 30th September.

Tamara Beckwith and Josephine Daniel co-hosted and in attendance were Sarah Duchess of York, Lady Helen Taylor, Erin O’Conner, Elizabeth Saltzman, Tina Hobley and Amanda Wakely.

The event, to honour the end of Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month and the success of the charity’s Lady Garden Campaign in association with Black Score, was a huge success. The limited edition Lady Garden sweatshirts sold out immediately and the girls whipped up the designer handbags kindly gifted by top designers, including Charlotte Olympia, Tom Ford, Gucci and Chanel.

The total raised was near to £80,000! But fundraising wasn’t the only thing on their minds … the girls were also raising awareness with Mika Simmons asking all the girls in the room, “We call ours Lady Garden – What do you call yours?”

Below are some photos from the Lunch and a link for the video we made for the recent Lady Garden Campaign.
